elektroninės paslaugos statusas T sritis Politika apibrėžtis Elektroninėmis priemonėmis teikiamos viešosios paslaugos. Gali būti teikiamos gyventojams bendrai arba individualiu užsakymu, jas gali finansuoti vyriausybė arba už jas mokėti paslaugos vartotojai. Būdingi 4 lygiai: informacinis, vienpusio poveikio, abipusės sąveikos ir bendradarbiavimo. Lietuvoje 2004 viduryje tik 50% pagrindinių viešųjų paslaugų, skirtų gyventojams arba verslui, buvo perkeltos į internetą. Siekiama, kad visos viešosios paslaugos, numatytos tam tikruose ES dokumentuose, būtų teikiamos naudojant skaitmenines technologijas. atitikmenys: angl. electronic services ryšiai: susijęs terminaselektroninė valdžia susijęs terminasviešoji paslauga
